Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living support to clients, including assistance with mobility, hygiene, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with social, educational, and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of care and follow care plans.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Filipino citizen with legal work eligibility in Australia.
- Previous experience in aged care, disability care, or community support preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Ability to follow care plans and workplace procedures.
